The challenges we faced in our work demanded immediate solutions, there was simply no time for delays. Clients were waiting anxiously, options were limited, and a sense of mental paralysis hung over the entire team as employees eagerly anticipated decisions. Speed wasn’t just a goal; it became a fundamental part of how we operated daily. What we considered a “typical workday” revolved around rapid responses and quick problem-solving.
Speed ≠ Recklessness
At first glance, speed might seem synonymous with recklessness, impulsiveness, or a lack of thoroughness. While that is TRUE!, we developed a unique form of speed, one that balances urgency with precision. We didn’t just rush; we innovated.
