The Latin word passer, like the English word "sparrow", is a term coming from a root word referring to speed.

No time for delays!

The challenges we faced in our work demanded immediate solutions, there was simply no time for delays. Clients were waiting anxiously, options were limited, and a sense of mental paralysis hung over the entire team as employees eagerly anticipated decisions. Speed wasn’t just a goal; it became a fundamental part of how we operated daily. What we considered a “typical workday” revolved around rapid responses and quick problem-solving.

Speed ≠ Recklessness

At first glance, speed might seem synonymous with recklessness, impulsiveness, or a lack of thoroughness. While that is TRUE!, we developed a unique form of speed, one that balances urgency with precision. We didn’t just rush; we innovated. We built structured workflows, refined templates, and established clear methodologies that allowed us to maintain control amid chaos. By carefully analyzing both internal and external processes, we gained deep insights into what was truly required to succeed.

We also learned to prepare for the unexpected. Flexible strategies were designed to address both foreseeable challenges and sudden surprises, ensuring that no obstacle could completely halt progress. At the time, we were so immersed in our work that we didn’t fully appreciate the significance of what we had created. It was only later, after stepping back to review our approach and rigorously testing it through complex scenarios, that we recognized its effectiveness and resilience.
